Hi Neighbors! The King’s Grant Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 9th from 8 AM to 2 PM. Keep your fingers crossed for nice weather.

As we did in each of the past several years, participants will set up to sell at their own home on the same date as many of their neighbors. Participating addresses will be added to a list of King’s Grant neighbors who will be having a yard sale on this date. A map and list with the categories you selected will be advertised to our community via the KGCL.org web site, KGCL Facebook Page, Nextdoor, QR codes on signs throughout the neighborhood, and posted on various yard/ garage sale websites. You will be responsible for any additional advertising and signage to your personal sale (if your house is off the main streets in one of the many courts of the neighborhood, we do recommend a sign directing people to your sale). There is no cost to participate so we hope you will join us for this fantastic neighborhood event. It is rain or shine – no rain date.

You do not need to be a KGCL member to participate (but we really need more members to support events such as this – so consider signing up before you forget). Your home needs to be within the King’s Grant community to be included. REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 8:00AM ON WEDNESDAY MAY 6. This gives us time to produce the maps and participant list.

A Google map on your smart phone of the neighborhood showing particpating homes is the best way to navigate the sale because it is interactive – you can zoom in on certain areas and pinpoint your destinations.

A QR code with the link to the interactive map will be posted a day prior to the sale (after registration ends). A printed map will also be available for pickup at our neighborhood 7-Eleven the day before and the day of the sale.
