The KGCL fall newsletters were delivered to all homes in King’s Grant this week. Please note the date of our fall general meeting is October 4th. It is early this year to avoid schedule conflicts. The meeting will be at King’s Grant Elementary School on N. Lynnhaven Rd beginning at 7pm.

For this meeting, the KGCL will welcome back a trio of real estate professionals who provided a wonderful presentation at one of our meetings several years ago. It was among our best attended presentations. Catherine Prutsman, Nancy Sorg, and Holly Fisher are Realtors with Rose and Womble and partners in Virginia Coastal Connection. They will speak to market trends with emphasis on what is happening to home values and sales in King’s Grant. This is a perfect opportunity to find out what is driving the market and how you can be a part of it. This is a no-sales pitch event. Our guests will award three local restaurant gift certificates to attendees at the end of their presentation. As the meeting winds down, they will be available to answer questions that attendees may want to save for one-on-one. Don’t miss it.

Our meeting will also provide members with the latest information on the carp introduction project and time to ask questions about that effort. We will also present and ask for approval of our annual budget. On top of all this, the KGCL will have a drawing for a $20 Wawa gift card.
